One of the greatest challenges of practicing law is that every legal issue presents a completely unique set of facts and circumstances. It is also one of the things Tim Dailey likes most about his profession. With every new case comes the ability to learn, but more importantly, the ability to get to know a variety of clients. For Tim, the attorney-client relationship is more than just a business association. Cases come and go, but relationships last much longer. Since joining the practicing profession in 2007, he has developed many friendships and many of them are also clients. “I look forward to the new faces and challenges ahead as well as continuing the relationships I have already made,” he said.
