Timothy J. Cuddigan has been a lawyer since 1975. Tim has focused his practice on representing Social Security and SSI disability clients since 1994. He knows first hand the experience of having a family member on Social Security disability as his sister, Jean, was on disability. Since 2008 he has represented Veterans in compensation and pension claims. His father received compensation for injuries suffered in World War II.
Tim is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. He is a past president of the organization. He also represents veterans and is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates.
