Tim is the son of Attorney Pat Walsh, one of the most prominent criminal defense attorneys in Southeastern Massachusetts for the better part of 30 years until he was recently appointed to be an Assistant Clerk Magistrate for the Third District Court of Bristol County, the New Bedford District Court. Tim has quickly filled the void left by his father’s promotion and has become one of the premiere criminal defense attorneys in Bristol and Plymouth Counties. Tim has successfully tried over 100 cases and has developed a strong expertise in the areas of OUI/DUI/DWI Drunk Driving Defense and in the defense of drug charges.
