In his litigation practice, Trey Lynn represents clients in matters involving partnership disputes, real estate litigation, dissolutions of partnerships and limited liability companies, business defamation, distribution of assets and retirement benefits following divorce, and professional malpractice. He also handles cases involving products liability and personal injury.
Prior to law school, Trey earned a degree in business management, with an emphasis on financial services and real estate, and spent time working as an accountant in the real estate field. With a background in finance and accounting, he is able to effectively assist clients in matters involving complex financial issues.
During law school at the University of Arizona, Trey served as a judicial extern to U.S. District Court Judge Cindy K. Jorgenson, volunteered in the Southern Arizona Legal Aid Domestic Relations Clinic, and was a law clerk for the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he worked on a variety of tort and environmental issues. He also participated in the UofA Moot Court Competition, where he won the award for best brief and was chosen to represent the law school as part of its ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Moot Court Team
