W. Thomas Bunch Sr.
Mr. Bunch grew up in Ashland, Kentucky and graduated from Ashland Senior High School in 1958. He came to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky earning his Bachelor of Science in Commerce in 1962 and his Bachelor of Laws in 1964. After law school, Mr. Bunch accepted a federal clerkship with the Judge Mac Swinford, U.S. District Court, until he entered private practice.
Mr. Bunch has conducted over fifty seminars for the Kentucky Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, the National Business Institute, the University of Kentucky College of Law, and others. He is a co-author of a University of Kentucky publication, “Consumer Bankruptcy Practice in Kentucky – Chapter 13 Practice.” An active member of the Lexington community, Mr. Bunch served as a member of the Lexington Fayette County Board of Adjustment and Zoning Appeals, was president of both the Big Brothers of Lexington and the Lexington Kiwanis Club; and is a twenty-five year veteran of the Lexington Toastmasters Club. He lives in Lexington with his wife, Gail, who is now retired from the family law firm.
