Attorney Warren Kraft has over 30 years of service to local government as a city attorney and in human resources positions. He has represented cities, towns and villages throughout Wisconsin. He opened and managed the firm's Appleton office in 2013, and is currently of counsel to the firm. Kraft is nationally recognized for his work in municipal law, and he is able to offer a unique perspective to clients seeking commercial and real estate development. A frequent speaker on municipal, real estate and development issues, Kraft has presented at local, state and national conferences, including the International Municipal Lawyers Association (IMLA), the League of Wisconsin Municipalities Attorneys Institute, the Community Developers Conference, the Building Inspectors Annual Meeting, and the Wisconsin Property Assessors Association. In addition, he has written for State & Local Law News, a publication of the American Bar Association, and Municipal Lawyer, a bimonthly magazine of IMLA.
