Wayne D. Palmer
Wayne Palmer is an accomplished litigator and business lawyer, having represented Kell, Alterman & Runstein, L.L.P. clients in the areas of business disputes, domestic relations, employment matters, commercial collection, and maritime claims since 1981. However while litigation is where he earned his reputation—he tried 50 jury cases in the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office while still in law school—it’s mediation that takes up much of his time these days.
Wayne joined Kell, Alterman & Runstein, L.L.P. after serving as a legal intern for the District Attorney, where he attracted the attention of partner Ted Runstein. In the three-plus decades that followed, he’s developed reputation for his detail-oriented approach and receptive attitude, which he employs to find equitable, reasonable solutions to a client’s disputes. He’s also known for even-handedness and integrity, and his relaxed, friendly manner keeps his business and family clients composed during more difficult contests.
