Wayne Novak is originally from Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, in Psychology, with a minor in History. Wayne Novak then moved to Chicago and attended DePaul University College of Law on the Dean’s Scholarship. During his time in school Wayne Novak volunteered his services to both the Juvenile Division and the Organized Crime Division of the State’s Attorney’s Office of Cook County, gaining an inside look at how they operated. Upon graduating in 2002 and passing the Illinois Bar, Attorney Wayne Novak worked for the Will County Public Defender’s Office as a criminal defense attorney. During his time there he had numerous successes, including a not guilty verdict in a murder case. Upon leaving the Public Defender’s Office, Wayne went into private practice with a criminal defense and DUI firm in Cook County. In his ongoing pursuit of client satisfaction, he decided to open up his own law office in 2007.
