William D. Edwards
William D. Edwards received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from Lambuth University, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi.
Mr. Edwards practices primarily in the areas of wealth transfer tax planning, wealth transfer strategies, taxation, conservatorships, and corporate law. He counsels high-net worth individuals, including professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs, on estate planning and administration, charitable giving, business succession planning, asset protection, and taxation.
