Bill Mann is a civil litigator, trial and appellate advocate.
He was born and raised in the small north central Ohio town of Norwalk. Bill became a full-time college student without graduating from high school. He received his B.A. in 1976 from Case Western Reserve University. While at Case Western, Bill earned Special Honors in Political Science for excellence in research and writing, earned membership in the History Honor Society and worked in the United States Congress as a Legislative Intern.
Bill received his J.D. in 1979 from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team, and where he was named Best Oral Advocate in every round of the Law School's Moot Court Tournament. During law school, Bill was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Huron County Court of Common Pleas.
After graduating from UD Law, Bill was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Sixth District Court of Appeals of Ohio and then the Supreme Court of Ohio.
