William Ross is an associate with Montgomery Little & Soran. His litigation practice is focused on a broad range of civil matters including real estate litigation, complex commercial litigation, professional liability defense and construction litigation. Mr. Ross worked as a law clerk at Montgomery Little & Soran prior to becoming an associate.
While in law school, Mr. Ross served as the law clerk for the Honorable Ann B. Frick in the 2nd Judicial District for the State of Colorado. Mr. Ross also worked as Staff Editor on the University of Denver Law Review and helped to author the Colorado Handbook on Evidence. During his last year of law school, Mr. Ross participated in University of Denver’s “Semester in Practice” program where he worked full time for the Colorado U.S. Attorney’s Office and was instrumental in obtaining a guilty verdict in a health care fraud case.
Mr. Ross is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
