William T. Surin
Bill Surin is the principal attorney of Armstrong & Surin, concentrating his practice in family law, bankruptcy law, real estate law, mortgage foreclosure, personal injury and worker's compensation.
Bill attended Eastern Illinois University and the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in 1971. He attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago Kent College of Law and earned a juris doctorate degree in 1975. Bill was admitted to practice in Illinois (1975), the United States Supreme Court (1978), the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois (1994) and the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois (1991).
