Bill defends product liability cases involving agricultural and dairy product performance, and litigates commercial transactions. Bill has tried cases to both the jury and the court, and litigated cases involving agricultural losses, products liability, personal injury, property damage, insurance coverage, claims of clergy abuse, and numerous commercial disputes, including dealership termination claims, breach of contract, warranty claims and assisting as local counsel in patent infringement and trademark claims.
Bill has lectured at various Minnesota Continuing Legal Education courses, and has been a guest lecturer on trial practice techniques at both William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School. He has also appeared as an instructor at the Minnesota Trial Advocacy Institute.
