Wyatt Booth is a partner with Vandeventer Black and concentrates his practice on the business law needs of his clients, including business planning, contracts, mergers and acquisitions. Wyatt is also an experienced commercial and residential real estate attorney, having closed multimillion dollar deals for clients purchasing and developing shopping centers, hotels, and large subdivisions across North Carolina. In addition, Wyatt has many years of experience representing municipalities and community associations in a wide variety of planning, transaction and litigation matters. He is currently Town Attorney for the Town of Manteo, North Carolina.Somewhat unusual for a business lawyer, Wyatt also has extensive litigation experience, having tried cases in both state and federal courts. His practice has been focused on eminent domain and real property litigation, as well as contract disputes and business torts. Wyatt is experienced in environmental matters and North Carolina coastal regulation, and has represented landowners and municipalities before the North Carolina Coastal Resources Commission.
