Linda Ershow-Levenberg is the managing Attorney and Principal of the Firm. She takes care of the legal problems of the elderly and of people young and old who have disabilities, by protecting access to government benefits and planning for life-long care with whatever tools may be needed. She joined Stan Fink and Gene Rosner as a partner in 1999. Linda has been certified in Elder Law (C.E.L.A.)* by the National Elder Law Foundation since 1999, is the past chairman of the New Jersey State Bar Association Elder & Disability Law Section, and is a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (C.A.P.) of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Linda has been teaching courses on elder and disability law to attorneys, other professionals and the general public since 1997 through a variety of sponsors including the Rutgers Law School Institute for Professional Education (IPE); NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE); the NJ State Bar Foundation, and National Business Institute (NBI). Along with practicing law, Linda is involved in hosting and mentoring Douglass College (Rutgers University) externs annually since 1988. She coached teams for Princeton Moot Court competitions, and judges High School Mock Trial Competitions. She is a mentor to members of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
